Returns / Refund / Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order to offer you a full refund. Health and wellness products such as sexual wellness products may have alternate return policies, as listed in the product description.

If we send you an item, or items, as an exchange and do not receive your returned item within 30 days from the time the exchange order was placed, you will be charged for the cost of both items. If you wish to cancel your entire order, or parts of your order and it has not yet been fulfilled by, you will not be charged for the items that have been cancelled, and you will not be subject to a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel the order at the time it has already been fulfilled, we are unable to provide a cancellation and you will be required to initiate a return upon receiving the order instead. also reserves the right to cancel your order if you’ve provided fraudulent credit card information, or an unauthorised credit card, if your method of payment is declined, if you’ve provided false personal information or if the product you’ve ordered is no longer available. agrees to notify you upon the cancellation of your order.

Defective Merchandise Refund Policy
In the event that you receive defective merchandise, it is eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving a defective product, you may initiate a return for the product to for a full refund if the product is inadequate when you receive it. All refunds are issued in accordance with our returns policy. Vitawell will not consider requests to initiate a refund or exchange 30 days after purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Care Team. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

The risk of loss of goods applies to you upon our delivery of the product to our selected courier.

Initiating an Exchange or Return With Discounted / Promotional Merchandise
Discount codes or promotional offers used for orders containing multiple items are applied to each item in the order. This means that if you wish to return only part of the order, you will be unable to re-apply the full discount code to the remaining items in your order. Rather, your refund will include the appropriate, proportioned amount of the discount as decided by the value of the item being exchanged or returned.

Disputing The Use of Our Site
In the event that a dispute shall occur arising out of your use of our Site, or the merchandise purchased on it, the dispute will be subject to the courts pertaining that jurisdiction. Please note this contract is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
