SUGGESTED USE: Adults: 1 tablespoon (8g) daily. Nova Greens offers the greatest health-enhancing benefits when used as a regular part of your daily diet. If you are using Nova Greens for the first time, please begin slowly. We suggest starting with a serving size of 1/4 tablespoon of Nova Greens and then gradually increasing over one month to 1 tablespoon a day.
